Veritee

Veritee is a wellness drink, and one can read on the bottle, "Veritee Wellness Drink Bioactives & Vitamins" developed in Geneva Switzerland by the Veritee Geneva Laboratories and the Hoffmann-La Roche laboratories based in Basel Switzerland. According to Veritee's web site the drink formulation is based on bioactive molecules, EGCG and (OPC) also known as proanthocyanidin, a class of flavanols. Those compounds are extracted in Switzerland from Camellia sinensis, Pinus pinaster and Vitis vinifera; the scientific names for green tea, maritime pine, and grape seed. According to Veritee Corporation in Geneva the drink contains pure EGCG and OPC, and also vitamins and minerals.
The company claims that the product is fortifying and supposed to reinforce the metabolism and helps the cardiovascular system and improves the quality of the skin.
Articles in Market Magazine and in the 20 minutes news paper explained that Veritee is the first nutritional supplement to be sold in the mainstream beverage channels in super markets and food stores. The company sells more than 20 million bottles per months, in Switzerland, the UK, Spain, France and the USA. according to the daily Swiss newspaper 20 Minutes
