Veineinem Singson is a Nagaland Kuki model who was crowned Miss Nagaland 2014 and went on to win Miss North East Jewel Queen 2016. Early life and education Veineinem Singson was born on 27 April 1992 in Kohima, Nagaland to a Kuki family. Her father Paokhokam Singson works as the Deputy Director in the Department of Economics and Statistics, Government of Nagaland. She did her schooling from Mezhür Higher Secondary School, Kohima and later completed her graduation in Political Science from St. Joseph's College, Jakhama. Pageantry Miss Mimkut Nagaland 2014 Singson was crowned as Miss Mimkut 2014 who also won the “Miss Congeniality” subtitle at the same pageant. Miss Dimapur 2014 Veineinem Singson is the title holder of Miss Dimapur 2014. Miss Nagaland 2014 Singson was crowned Miss Nagaland 2014 in the 26th edition of the Miss Nagaland pageant held on 7 November 2014 at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, Kohima. She became the third Kuki from Nagaland after Hattinneng Hangsing (2010) and Abin Kuki (2008) to win the coveted title. Miss North East Jewel Queen 2016 In 2016, Singson was crowned as theMiss North East Jewel Queen 2016 which was held in Imphal, Manipur.
