Valley Athletic Social League - VASL - is a limited liability corporation that operates coed social sports leagues in Arizona that expanded to Scottsdale in 2008. The company is based in Scottsdale serving the whole East Valley of Phoenix. The league claims to be the "only pure social league" in Arizona. VASL organizes sports leagues (softball, touch football, kickball, volleyball, bowling, soccer, dodgeball and basketball), for young adults 21 and older. Overview League Members take part in Touch Football, Volleyball, Softball, Dodgeball, 3-on-3 Basketball, Bowling, and Kickball in only one social division. Any individual, couple, or smaller group or team can join. History VASL was founded in 2004 by a New York City couple who wanted to create a fun and social outlet for young working professionals outside of work through athletics.
