Uzair Merchant

Uzair Merchant is a filmmaker, designer and editor most notably known for being the founder of bKreativ Productions and The Kreativ Lab. He is also the creator of the multi-franchise universe, The Kreativ Universe Background and Career Born in Dubai, originally from India, Uzair (Uzi) Merchant completed his studies from Nottingham Trent University and New York Film Academy. After completing his studies, Uzair Merchant immediately began work as an Art Department Assistant in the British sketch comedy show . Thereafter, he worked on the British puppet-based musical situation comedy, Mongrels. While also continuing his work in the art department as art department assistant in blockbusters such as Furious 7, Star Trek Beyond and Deadpool 2, Uzair Merchant began directing his own short films, starting with In between Lines, the first film of the Lines Trilogy Uzair Merchant is also the founder of production company, bKreativ Productions and the script-publishing initiative, The Kreativ Lab. With these two companies, Uzair Merchant developed and envisioned The Kreativ Universe, having already written The 8th Sin, Elixir of Life and the TV show pilot, Black Rose.
