It was founded in 2005 by Paul Heydon who has strong experience working with digital media companies. The firm specialises in private placements, mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory. ITE is a developer and publisher of multi-platform video games worldwide. ITE has an extensive library of proven game titles for consoles, mobiles and PCs.
- Jan/06 - Advised Endemol in the Sale of Overloaded Pocket Media to The Mobile Media Company. Unity Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Endemol in this transaction. Overloaded is a mobile game publisher and developer.
- Apr/05 - Valuation advisory for Giant Interactive Entertainment. Giant is a video game publisher.
