Under Attack EP

Under Attack is the second EP by electro-pop singer John Galea, to be released in September 2013 as an MP3 download on iTunes and Amazon. It includes the track Golddiggin.The EP features production and writing form The Monarch, The Works, The Club Junkies, Dean Muscat, and Antony Hartshorn.
Background and development
The EP is based on a recent personal breakup that Galea had. After Galea's first EP, The Scrapbook EP John started working with The Monarch in California on 3 new tracks for the new EP. Two tracks were picked, "Golddiggin" and "Turbulence", and mastered at The Metropolis studios in early 2013 and added to the EP. Whilst in Malta in early 2012 and songwriting with Eurovision writer Dean Muscat the early demo of "Ammunition" was turned into a full track and added after production from The Works. The first released track, "Golddiggin", was released in July and a video was made and put on VeVo and the track was remixed by The Club Junkies who also co-produced the track "Chasing A Tornado".
The photoshoot was shot in London at a converted chapel by photographer Liza Dawson and shows Johns track titles craved into a wooden piano. On September 1st John launched the EP to invited media and fans at the Borderlinein central London.
