Um Natal Rastônico ("A Rastonic Christmas") is a Brazilian-American short film released in 2024 directed by Paz Greemland. The short film combines puppetry in the style of Jim Henson with live-action actors, set in a world blending fantasy and realism. Plot Rasta and Beorne uncover the meaning behind Christmas, until they are interrupted by unexpected visitors. Chaos ensues when Rasta realizes that Beorne hasn't prepared a Christmas dinner, or anything else necessary for a proper celebration. With time running out, Rasta must pull together his creativity to save the holiday in a way only Santa Claus can. Filming Filming took place in Sand Lake, in upstate New York, USA, with additional scenes shot at the Brasil Paralelo studios in São Paulo, Brazil.
