Ugaas Yaasiin (, .)
was a Somali ruler. He was the 28th Chieftain of the Dishiishe Chieftainship, reigning from 1940 to 2000. Along with other somali traditional rulers , Ugaas Yaasiin was one of the most prominent rulers of present-day Somalia and longest served tradional ruler in the history of somali traditional rulers.

During 50s Ugaas fled to northern part of somalia where was under British rule as Italian imperialist tried too many times to kill him and to got ride off his rule, also while Ugaas army were almost defeated and despersed by Italian army.
Ugaas was one of most merciful rulers in all somali territories, many sub-clans who were not under ugaas rule desired to be under his rule because his discreet, justice and merciful actions.
In his long rule ugaas dominated most of western part of Bari region Somalia and he was wellknown ruler of Bosaso.
Ugaas had spent most of his time Bosaso, it was his base and barracks of his army .
*Ugaas was one of youngest tradional rulers as he occupied the power on his 20s also he was one of well-educated somali rulers. His prominent Nickname was Ruler of Bosaso
