Tyson LaVar Edwards

Tyson LaVar Edwards (born 5 March 1986) is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cypher Corporation. He created the suite of Pattern Recognition algorithms used in technologies used within Cyphers technologies that are actively being brought to the market under a variety of brands.
In April of 2005, he met Clayton Carr (Co-Founder of Cypher Corporation) and the two worked together on the creation of the first audio pattern recognition and garbage collection algorithms for audio.
On March 5, 2010, they were recognized by Grow Utah Ventures as the second most innovative digital media company of the year. Through this, they were able to obtain recognition of their technologies, and obtain funding for the creation of Fireday Solutions, Inc.
The name was changed from Fireday Solutions to Cypher Corporation to create a brand that would support the entire suite of products that the ydeveloped.
In the transition, . Edwards stepped down as the CEO to assume the CTO position , but remains President of the Board of Directors for the company.
