Tuhin Sinha

Tuhin A. Sinha is an Indian author and politician. He is known for the novels Mission Shengzhan, The Legend Of Birsa Munda, When The Chief Fell in Love, The Edge of Power, The Edge of Desire, Of Love and Politics, That Thing Called Love, 22 Yards, Let the Reason Be Love and Daddy.
He is a spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Early life and education
Tuhin was born and brought up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He completed his schooling at Loyola School, and obtained a B. Com. (H) from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He later pursued a Masters program in Mass communications from National Institute of Advertising.
Writing career
In September 2000, Tuhin shifted to Mumbai to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Since 2006, he has written ten novels - Of Love And Politics, The Edge of Desire, The Edge of Power, 22 Yards, That Thing Called Love, When The Chief Fell in Love, Daddy and Let The Reason Be Love.
Political career
In 2010, Tuhin began to support Narendra Modi as PM. On 31 January 2014, he formally joined the BJP and was appointed Mumbai BJP spokesperson in December 2016. He has been involved in helping the government on road safety campaign initiatives.
Tuhin is today regarded among one of the most articulate speakers for BJP and has been vocal on all issues ranging from the government’s Covid response to India’s foreign policy. In March 2021, Tuhin lashed out at the Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren for his claim- “Advisais were never Hindus, never will Be.” Through a series of interviews and articles, Tuhin rebutted the Jharkhand CM point by point.
Tuhin has been equally passionate about the Kashmir issue. In the aftermath of the abrogation of Article 370, Tuhin has spoken at lengh about PM Modi’s vision of New Kashmir.  Tuhin’s political articles appear in all leading news portals.
