Tsai Yulong was born in 1952, Budai, Jiayi, Taiwan. Lives and works in Taipei and Shanghai. He devotes himself to integrate Chinese traditional Calligraphy with Contemporary Western Art,he absorbed the essence of calligraphy from Wei and Jin Dynasties, “Clumsy, plain, strong, straight, true”, the five characters just contain the nature of Tsai Yulong's calligraphy. Especially“clumsy” and “plain”,they actually are the externalization of spirit.
