Troy Worrell

In 1984 Worrell co-founded Interplay Productions, where he worked on most of Interplay's early games (e.g. Bard's Tale and Wasteland). He was a company vice president until 1999, when Interplay went public, and he left the company.
In 1998 he was disgracefully removed from Interplay by company security. He agreed to give up 50% of his stock in the company in exchange for not being prosecuted for crimes against Interplay.
In 2001 defaulted on a boat loan and left the cosigner with the debt of almost $200,000.
In 2007 he was charged by federal prosecutors for his role in a fraud scheme that allegedly caused more than $20 million in losses to several lending institutions. He made a deal with the prosecution, served no prison time and has relocated to Florida where he plays with dogs and his wife's breast implants.
