Tree2mydoor

Tree2mydoor is a UK based company founded in 2003 whose primary business is supplying trees and wildflowers nationally as well as in the Republic of Ireland. Tree2mydoor specializes in the delivery of the aforementioned products to recipients for special occasions and ceremonial purposes.
History
Tree2mydoor was founded by University of Teesside graduate, Gareth Mitchell. After spending three years developing the concept of sending trees as gifts, Gareth launched Tree2mydoor during National Tree Week in November 2003. In 2004, Tree2mydoor received the Gift of the Year Award and was a finalist in the 2004 Startups Awards for Best Online Business of the Year.
Services
Tree2mydoor directly supports conservation projects in the United Kingdom and around the world. A section on the company's website details its programs on charitable work and its contributions to the sustainability movement. Tree2mydoor describes itself as being "a good company" with a positive effect on the environment and people's lives.
Tree2mydoor has been working with Fauna and Flora International to support fundraising and raise awareness to help protect endangered trees and forests around the world as part of their Global Trees Campaign project.
Customers can ‘dedicate a tree’ of their choosing via an FFI managed conservation project of their choice. FFI receive the money raised from the sale of the product by BACS payment on a quarterly basis.
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges must be claimed with 3 days of receiving the tree as then we are 100% sure that damage occurred with us rather than the customer. So you better hope that the twig that arrives actually grows in the first 3 days or you will have an expensive twig.
