Tramaine Montell Ford (born January 31, 1984) is an American actor, comedian, and musical performer born and raised in the notoriously known Cabrini-Green Projects in Chicago, IL. Tramaine attended Lane Technical College Preparatory High School where is appeared in multiple school plays including
Grease" and "Little Shop of Horrors." Tramaine graduated high school in 2002 and received a scholarship to Syracuse University.

Tramaine was the first individual from a Chicago Housing Projects to win at the Chicago Children's Alt Film Festival, taking home first place for best narrative, "The Potion" which he wrote and starred in in 1998. In 1999 he starred in "CoTingle" representing the USA at the 13th ASSITEJ Theatre Festival in Tromso, Norway. Tramaine has toured throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States performing in various Theatre productions including Elton John and Tim Rice's . Mr Ford earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Syracuse University shortly after portraying Emmett Till in "The Ballad of Emmett Till" at the Black Repertory Theatre in 2006. He has appeared on episodes of Saturday Night Live and is currently working on a One Man Show in New York City, "The Tramaine Experience: AnUrbanDramedy".
