Traffic control next generation

Traffic control next generation (TCNG) is a revision of the network traffic control infrastructure of Linux.
TCNG provides a configuration language which can be used to configurate traffic control systems in an intuitive way. The tcng language is similar to other programming languages such as C, Perl, or Java, therefore this considerably reduces the learning effort for those already familiar with these languages.
The TCNG software consists of two major components: the traffic control compiler tcng (also known as tcc) and the traffic control simulator tcsim. tcng translates configuration scripts into a multitude of output formats used to configure traffic control subsystems.
