Tom Moeskops

Tom Moeskops (born 15 september 1963 in Bergeijk Netherlands) is a real estate professional from Eindhoven Netherlands operating in global property acquisition and management.
Moeskops is an active sponsor of a number of social and charitable organizations. He lives with his family in the Netherlands.
History
Moeskops holds a degree in engineering and construction from Eindhoven University of Technology. He founded several companies in construction and real estate development before entering the real estate investment market in 1995. Moeskops' Bouwbedrijf is a family construction company in which Moeskops is shareholder together with his brother and management. A business-partner from the early days is the van der Horst Gruppe from Düsseldorf, active in the field of investment in German residential market.
Profession
Together with his partner Jan-Willem Neggers he is owner of a large real estate portfolio throughout continental Europe. His company Alliance Capital Group is the holding company and active in real estate investment, alternative energy, natural resources, affordable housing and infrastructure.
In 2010 Alliance entered into a joint venture with BMB Group (Rayo_Salahadin_Withanage) from Brunei with the aim to build a global real-estate platform. A same type of cooperation exists with the Geneva-based multi-family office Synergy Invest. The company has offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and the UK and has an Advisory Board with a number of highly acclaimed names from business as well as politics. BMB Capital Group and Alliance have offices in New York, London, Eindhoven, Berlin, Zürich, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Kuala Lumpur and Brunei.
