ToBI is a system for transcribing intonation and prosodic structure of spoken utterances. It is fully compatible with English, German, Japanese, and Korean. Near completion is Greek, Catalan, and Portuguese. Serbian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Min, and Spanish are still under development.
