Tng Jian Zhi Sherwin

Tng Jian Zhi Sherwin is an Singaporean entrepreneur (born 2 May 1979) in Singapore. Sherwin has an elder brother Tng Kian Howe Charles and younger sister Tng Hui Min Jeanette.
Education
Sherwin graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with an honours degree in Engineering in 2004. Sherwin was the 14th president of Institution of Engineers of Singapore, NUS student branch (2002-2003).
Sherwin started his entrepreneurial journey from when he was the President of the society, securing lecture notes from the Engineering professors for the modules at the beginning of every semester as a service to the fellow students, the society will arrange for bulk printing for the notes and sell them to the students at a lower rate than printing themselves.
Sherwin is also an avid learner beyond his Engineering course. He took French, Psychology and Entrepreneurship modules in NUS as well.
Career
Sherwin co-founded SpeedB Pte Ltd with his elder brother Tng Kian Howe Charles in 2004. SpeedB Pte Ltd specialises in educational technologies. They have had many media interviews. SpeedB Pte Ltd has represented Singapore in international competitions in Australia, India, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. They were also conferred as the honouree of Spirit of Enterprise and received a Top 100 Singapore Excellence Award. Sherwin and his brother Tng Kian Howe Charles are also patent holders for a rocket launching system.
