Tim Boswell (entrepreneur)

Timothy Andrew Boswell (born July 7, 1963) is Da Nang based entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of Ocean View Group.
Career
Boswell relocated to Dubai, UAE in 1998. In 2001 the Dubai government announced the freehold property law allowing foreign citizens to purchase property in the Emirate. The following year Boswell opened Dubai's first real estate sales agency showroom Ocean View Real Estate an award-winning agency focused on the sourcing and sales of 'Freehold Property'.
In 2008, Boswell entered into a joint venture with SBK Holding, a company owned by Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan to form the real estate agency Ocean View Abu Dhabi.
In 2016 a social media story went viral with news of Barack Obama supposedly purchasing Boswell's 6 Bedroom, Palm Jumeirah mansion in Dubai, However Boswell clarified that no such deal ever took place.
In 2018 Boswell relocated to Vietnam creating a new Procurement and Sourcing division to his Ocean View Group focusing on Import and Export.
