INTRODUCTION
Tilak Incline of the famous incline in/Hyderabad city before partition the said incline was familiar in the name of “ DHAKA CHARI” by the general public, the said incline having specialty/properties that every person who comes from surrounding and exit from Hyderabad always used said route of communication from east to west travelling already minor and major streets are available but the tilak incline is the main shahrahe which not only/pass from hill stone in between hill stone not only a American culture center, saint Philips shurch from just opposite East side of Sero Ghat Road, from North East side so also from Toll Rai Market, Tower road , Noor Muhammad High School Road, which connect like word of :v: few feets a head of tilak incline.
HISTORY

Before partition the tilak incline was famous/familiar in the name of “DHAKA CHARE” In the local population by the struggle of Barkley Faraid he introduced postal but/when Commissioner of sindh Mr. Barakly Faraid started system and imposed in various cities of sindh i.e. Karachi, Sukkur and Shikarpur and Hyderabad although in 1876 after starting of General post office few mini post offices started in various places i.e. faqir ka pir, west katcha, Eeast katcha and another noval Rai situated near tower due to this fact the Tilak Incline calling in the name of Tapal Chari but main in the Region of Indo Pak struggle for Independence was at initial phase one person namely Mahraj who was belong to from Tilak Incline joined congress party but also 1920 in the period of 1920 with the permission of Collector Ramanda Leu Gas succeed public demonstration jalsa by efforts so that said incline converted in the name of said Leader which is still calling Tilak chari road of the Hyderabad always counts of the same way, the same comprise of 26 lacs census/ of population on rose, ventilators, cooling air luxury evenings and history of culture, political, social, literacy and social activity the tilak incline is situated in the heart of city, Hyderabad which also called necessity area.
CAFÉ JABEES

The café jabees was started as a Hotel in a old house which was build and consist of Rajistani Stone, the building was constructed before partition by a local citizen namely, Gotam Das the atmosphere of said hotel due to dim lights the couples were enjoyed by availing Romantics conversation in the other hand second row of tables many peoples were busy in varse activity so also in the same hotel at last portion has were discussing and opposing to each other to prove himself on right way by arguments.The café jabees Hotel were visited by the foreigners, Tourists and students those were enjoyed by drinking beverage so also café Al-Mashriq was/as familiar as café jabees for the same purpose and the said hotels were centrally city. The teachers training college for women never ignored importunacy of the education by the citizen of Hyderabad with the connection of Dadan shah and right side of the tilak incline during the year of 1896, the dawen No.1 Rai Joki Ram by applying efforts succeed to start teaching teacher’s college for women , the lady teachers/belong from Hyderabad and surrounding area were getting education and calling experts in their field.
IQRA CHOWK
In the entrance of tilak incline in the year of 2002 district government for the purpose of beautification to make beautiful round about implemented project developed by making sindhi cultural showing drum by the familiar actors th peoples of Hyderabad can easily seen iron monument although at the end of said chari by marble stones showing point ink slate monument, choosed iqra chowk.
Khiyani Chand Mahal
In the right side of the tilak incline a famous khiyani chand mahal is situated since long the said mahal was constructed in 1918, the said mahal in general terms also called pokhiyani building in the said mahal a person father of the Ibrahim dehailvi minister mehmood dehailvi inaugurated his office for advocacy who written a film story and was posted in embassy of france who was also member for president council of Bombay the lawn of said mahal was widely consist of beautiful tiles in the centre of mahal the fountain was installed for enjoying.
The hyderbad city was comprised historical building i.e. congress mahal, moti mahal, molchand mahal, muzaffar mahal, kaak mahal, partap mahal, jaitha mahal, kajo mahal including roop mahal were various mahals, but most of all mahals, boukhlani building is superior than others.
HATRAT ZUBERI HOME ECONOMICS COLLEGE
The hatarat zuberi home economics college, situated near by teacher’s training college for woman at the tilak incline where women are learn and educating education for vocational awareness. The old building of the college was demolished in past and by spending rupees of crores the same college was constructed just opposite of the said college the government jamia Arabia high school is situated in the year of 1914, the social worker kundan mal by spending 78,000 rupees constructed building for girls students.
GOVERNMENT HIMAYATUL ISLAM BOYS HIGH SCHOOL
The Government Himayatul Islam Boys High School, is situated hardly at the distance of three minutes foot steps in the left side of the Women College for Teacher Training where in the morning time the students for 8th class are getting their education from the experienced teachers although in evening shift the students come for relevant study in the Collage namely, Smarmast Commerce Collage the said college was constructed and started with the efforts of first Muslim Collector and followers of Hazrat Sachal sarmast namely, Khan Bahadur Sardar Muhammad Bux alies khaji Faqir after his death he was buried in the lawn of College.
ST:MARRY HIGH SCHOOL
Mr. bardlai is one of the famous personality in this respect and he constructed many of schools and colleges, churchs and he also constructed church, St:marry school at the end of tilak incline and catholic church also constructed in the same area after partition on the name of nuzrat college was suggested and approved as a nuzrat college but the same college is calling by his old name till today the college is affiliated with the university of Sindh, the same college is familiar as a costly college as compare to others where girls students whose belong to high fi official, bureaucrates and law enforcement agencies.
In the portion of the same building a office of urdu newspaper,maternity home, hospital, a shop of kozi haleem except of said shop a old shop, old books, magazines is running since long. Which consist of books of ahmed faraz, ahmed nadeem qasmi, syed subat Hassan, syed farhan fateh puri, saddat Hassan minto, krishan chander, Parveen shakir including books of Shaikh Ayaz and others poets are freely available in the rack of above said Mahal so also Mazgins of various countries also available there where women’s are purchasing and facilitate to passing time free time in the near by Beauty Palours.

DADI MEENA PARWATI HARCHANDANI
Dadi Meena Parwati Harchandani was first Principal of Women Training College he was born before partition today he attend the age of 100 years and she residing Meer-a-bad and she devoted herself in the said College being a Principal and perform her duty with honestly and punctually. In Hindu religion the Dadi Meena Parwati Harchandani having a unique identity.
Except of all these, many other familiar personality are also belong to the said areaexcept of this there are poet, Farooq Shad many familiar personality are also belong to the said area i.e. Poet Farooq Shad, TV/Stage Actor Liaquat Nadeem (Late), former Administrator Mr. Qamar Shaikh, Ex-Naib District Nazim Mr. Zaffar Ali Rajput, Writer, poet, Khalid Jhangir Arain including political and community of business, Social Workers are spent preciously times to promote the said area.
