TheWorld Browser is a very fast and lightweight web browser based on both Internet Explorer's Trident engine and Google Chrome's Webkit engine. It supports tabbed browsing, crash recovery and ad filtering and has a built-in download manager. Since version 4 it is called TheWorld Chrome, it is powered by Chromium project and it is available both in Chinese and English.
The browser is developed by China-based Phoenix Studio. Documentation is available principally in simplified Chinese, as well as Korean and English. TheWorld Browser can be run on operating systems such as Windows 2000, XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
