TheoretiCS

TheoretiCS is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering all areas of theoretical computer science. It follows the principle of diamond open access, by publishing articles under a free (Creative Commons) license and by charging no fees to authors for publication. It functions as an overlay journal on top of the arXiv preprint server and is hosted by the platform. It was founded in 2021 and is steered by an advisory board comprising representatives of major conferences in theoretical computer science.
It was presented in 2021 in the Bulletin of the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science and the Computational Complexity blog of Lance Fortnow and William Gasarch, and in 2022 in the SIGLOG monthly bulletin. Some theoretical computer science conferences select articles and invite them for submission of an extended version to TheoretiCS, such as the in 2024 and 2025, and the Symposium on Theoretical Aspects of Computer Science in 2025.
