The Sleepover Soundtrack, formerly Avalar is an English pop-punk band from Coventry, West Midlands. The Sleepover Soundtrack have Played gigs with such bands as Fandangle, Jesse James, Varsity drag, and Symbo. On May 15th 2008 The band headlined the Bands4Boobs at the Kasbah, Coventry, a charitable event with all proceedings going to Breast Cancer Research. Late 2008 saw Drummer Mark Bentik and Guitarist Paulos Domingez-Ellistino leave the band due to personal reasons. With this, former members Will Lyttle and Chris Lings re-joined the band.
