The RISC Group is an independent music and art distribution label created in 2001. The group released its first CD, A Call to Arms by Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, in December of 2001. Background The RISC Group was created by Tomas Kalnoky, of Streetlight Manifesto and Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, to provide artists and musicians the necessary resources to produce and distribute their materials. Pentimento Music Company The Pentimento Music Company is an independent record label and a the RISC Group company. Pentimento currently represents four bands; Streetlight Manifesto, Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, former MU330 front man Don Potthast, and his band The Stitch Up. |
