Lawrence Lord, better known as The Purist is a British hip hop producer from Chichester, West Sussex. The Purist is also the Creative Director of Daupe! A British record label releasing material by Your Old Droog, Danny Brown and Freddie Gibbs, as well as Shady Records artists Westside Gunn & Conway .He is best known for production & collaborations with Action Bronson, Danny Brown , Freddie Gibbs , Mick Jenkins & British Gime MC CASisDEAD. His production can also be found on critically acclaimed 2017 album "Yesterday's Gone" in which he produced the lead single Isle Of Arran.
