The Negative Split is a feature film directed by Brody Chaze starring Antisha Anderson-Scruggs, Brianetta Norris, Niya Davis, T. Dion Burns and Ken Kautious. Synopsis Kate Jordan has her eyes set on a prestigious Overland track competition in August before school begins again. With mounting tensions at home, Kate's own will to compete suffers as self-esteem issues begin to force her dream to take a back seat. Just when Kate's dream is all but lost she meets June Adbury, a social recluse who had a bit of fame and fortune in high school track twenty years earlier. But due to a failing heart condition, June lost it all at a very young age. Seeing much of herself in Kate, June reluctantly begins to coach Kate over the summer causing old wounds to open in June bringing stress to a boiling point in her personal life as the lines between coach and pupil blur. .
