The Magic Boys

"The Magic Boys" is a never finished low budget comedy film with Hungarian actor Robert Koltai in the lead role and actor Michael Madsen. The film was partially shot in 2009 by his son Gabor Koltai but was never completed when he ran out of money. The project was beset with legal problems including the threat of an injunction from former business partner Harris Salomon of Atlantic Overseas Pictures in New York. At present the film has no distributor nor release date. The pending legal action from Atlantic Overseas stems from Koltai engaging British businessman Abi Sirokh to work for him while Sirokh was partner at Atlantic Overseas and the New York company was seeking financing for "The Magic Boys" project. The film had been scheduled to shoot important sequences in the UK, but this production never took place. Koltai claimed the budget is three million, but this amount has not been verified.
