The House of De Mann

The House of De Mann is a dynastic house, consisting of the family of the present Viscount De Mann.
(1951 - 2009)
Between 1951 and the 15th October 2009, the family title was held by Viscount Jaqcues De Mann who lived quietly in Paris. He was an active charity worker and a dedicated patron of the arts. Over the years he and his wife Elísabeth collected some 2000 pieces of art and sculpture.
2009 Onwards
Upon the death of Jaqcues on the 15th October 2009, his title passed down to his next living male descendant. With no surviving children or grandchildren, the title fell upon his brother Charles De Mann's (1925 - 1989) eldest surviving direct male descendant - Michael Molineux De Mann (1990 - Present). Michael inherited the title through his mother Janette Anne De Mann who is a great great grandaughter of Charles De Mann.
