The Holy Guile

The Holy Guile is a side-project (now full-time) of the lead singer and guitarist of The Crimson Armada, Saud Ahmed and Dan Hatfield.
History
Leaving The Crimson Armada
After the dissolution of his previous band, Saud Ahmed decided to make his once studio-only side project, The Holy Guile, a full-time reality. Retaining previous band mate Dan Hatfield from The Crimson Armada, the guys quickly searched for members to fill the outfit. First to show up was bassist Tony Morick, who had been friends with the guys previously. Then, Morick suggested for guitar a good friend, Ryan McGee, who had just ended his prior band conveniently weeks before being asked to join, thus allowing him to be free to focus his time purely on The Holy Guile. To follow suit, Ryan McGee had one man in mind for drums: Andy Baxter, whom he knew from previous run-ins with an old producer they had in common. The line-up was complete at the very end of 2012 and began playing out locally in Ohio in early 2013.
The Holy Guile released their first full-length album on January 10, 2013. FSU is a ten-track album by The Holy Guile, and features Kody Hale from Hail to the King.
The Holy Guile recovered five of their older songs, four from their first EP Guardians 2.0 and their single, Stoke Stokely, which are also on FSU. FSU also includes five completely new songs.
In the first week of September 2013, the band uploaded a new single to Youtube titled 'Visionary'. The song features Levi Benton of Miss May I and will be featured on the upcoming release.
