The American Feudalist Party was started roughly around late 2010 or early 2011 by four high school students. Motivated by a zeal for solving America's problems and an eye towards the past, these four decided to raise the forgotten banner of Feudalism high in the air once more. An economic system that preserved Europe long after the fall of Rome, and the same system that began the meteoric rise of Feudalist Japan, these four believed the solutions to be tried and tested given their centuries of notable success. Today Today, the movement is growing at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic High School, a haven for like-minded friends of the Feudalist Party and the Founders' academic associates. The Feudalist Party has stated that their mission is "The total restructuring of the American economy into a strong central government with various warring Feudalist states, all subservient to the co-mayors of America." Criticisms Despite claims that the Feudalist Party is a mere "student organization", and "non-notable", the party's founders assure the public it is neither. All people of any age, ranking, income, race, and religions may join the Feudalist Party. It is open to any person who feels that their beliefs or interests would be best served by the success of the Feudalist Party. As for the claims of "non-notable", there are many third parties that one might call incosequential, or better fitting, "non-notable". However, it seems that they are deemed fit to have representation in the world at large, "so", reason the founders, "why shouldn't we?"
