The Faceless is a technical/progressive death metal band founded in 2004 in Los Angeles, California by Michael Keene and Brandon Giffin. Their compositions are noted for their deep knowledge of theory, odd time signatures and technical guitar work. They are currently working on their second studio album, which has an unannounced release date. Touring They headlined their own tour with Light This City and Antagonist as supporting acts. They were a supporting act in the Summer Slaughter Tour in 2007, which consisted primarily of death metal bands: Necrophagist, Decapitated, Cattle Decapitation, Arsis, Beneath The Massacre, As Blood Runs Black, Cephalic Carnage, and Ion Dissonance. They were a supporting act in the Animosity's 2007 Brutalitour with As Blood Runs Black and Beneath The Massacre. Also joining Job For A Cowboy's headlining tour,(which Sellers joined to play drums on album Genesis) with supporting acts A Life Once Lost and Despised Icon. Are currently a supporting act for Enslaved headlining tour.
