The Digital Entertainment Network (www.tden.com) is the registered trademark of TDEN USA, Inc., a Florida Corporation. The website was founded by Ralph Press, President, and has been in continuous operation since 1996. The Digital Entertainment Network offers downloadable music, political humor and various products for sale such as software and website development tools. During the late 1990's there was another company calling itself Digital Entertainment Network (DEN) based out of Hollywood, CA. That company infringed upon the tden.com trademark. After a period of negotiations to license the trademark to DEN, DEN went out of business (though issues other than copyright played a significant part). |
