The Belle Miners

The Belle Miners are Felicia Harding, Jaime Jackett and Marina Avros.
The artists met met in the Contemporary Music and Technology program at Selkirk College in the mountains of British Columbia. Harding and Jackett (nee Hall) performed as Man & Minx when they met up with Avros and began performing and writing together. The band's name was chosen and a year later they returned to Australia, performing at The Australian Wooden Boat Festival in Hobart.
In 2017 they completed a tour playing Melbourne's Dandenong Ranges, where they have performed live sessions on 3MDR radio. They performed a fund-raising event for the Belgrave Heights Country Fire Authority (Victoria). In Tasmania, they performed deep underground at Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs for Parks Tasmania, in a natural amphitheatre in the shadow of Black Bluff near Marakoopa Caves and a piggery in the state's north coast. 
The Belle Miners' music has been played on ABC Radio and in 2017 they were invited to perform a live session on Melanie Tait's show.
