The Beach House is a family restaurant located on Bradenton Beach in Anna Maria Island, Florida. This restaurant has a great family atmosphere as well as good food. Because the restaurant is literally on the beach, there is plenty of room for kids to play while waiting for their meals, as well as a bar for parents to relax at. The location of the Beach House is perfect for watching the sunset or getting a tan during a meal.
Locals and tourists enjoy the food. The food served at the Beach House ranges from seafood to hamburgers. The menus include Lunch, Dinner, To Go, Gluten Free, as well as a Value Menu.
The Beach House exhibits the Florida Dream that most people have when visiting. You can walk from the road, into a gift shop, into a dining room, right out back to a covered and uncovered porch, right onto the beach.
The Beach House Restaurant hosts many events such as weddings and parties. In 2009 and 2010, The Beach House was selected as a pick for The Knot’s “Best Weddings” magazine. The Beach House is among one of the few restaurants that has received this award more than once. The restaurant’s sister, The Sandbar, located further up the island, has won the award three times. The front desk of the restaurant is able to provide an event specialist who works at the restaurant if one is needed to help plan a wedding or other such event. The restaurant will also provide chairs, centerpieces, and other such items for your event for an extra fee. For some, this is easier due to the fact that they do not have to go out and get these items on their own. The restaurant has its own special events brochure.
Along with events such as weddings and parties, there are many events held at the Beach House that are open to the public. The Beach House hosts wine tastings, Easter Egg Hunts, and many other events.
Along with hosting parties, the Beach House also caters any event.
The Beach House was founded in 1993, after being remodeled from another restaurant. Ever since then, all 650 feet of beachfront has been open to diners as well as the public.

The Beach House now has moderately priced food, served indoors and out, with their specialty being seafood. In the evenings, live entertainment is provided by local musicians. There are also beach volleyball courts for anyone to enjoy.
The Beach House also offers gift cards so one can give a special present to someone they care about.
The gift shop in the restaurant features clothing and other various items with the restaurant’s logo on them. Prices are somewhat high, but the clothing is nice.
There are many accommodations close to The Beach House, as well. Thus, a place to take a nap after a big meal will not be hard to find. Anna Maria Island is full of tourist destinations as well. There are multiple shops and many motels. Prices are not too high, but not cheap either.
