TAB Boards International, World Headquarters of The Alternative Board (TAB) is an international provider of peer advisory and business coaching solutions to leaders of privately held businesses. TAB brings together business owners, presidents and CEOs of non-competing businesses to share their business expertise and help solve each others’ challenges, confidentially within the board to grow their businesses. Once a month, for four hours, these business owner members meet with their board—led by an executive coach—to discuss their concerns, seize new opportunities and leverage the experience of their fellow business owners for ideas and solutions. TAB board members also receive monthly private coaching from their TAB-Certified Facilitator using TAB’s small business consulting tools to help owners solve sensitive issues and learn management and leadership techniques they can immediately put into practice. Membership is by invitation only and over 300 TAB Boards operate each month across the United States, Canada, South America and the United Kingdom.
