Larson Financial Inc, was founded by brothers Ron and John (Jack) Larson in May 2005. Prior to starting Larson Financial, both Ron and Jack had worked in the taxpayer representation and tax resolution industry since 1998. They started with just one employee and as of January, 2012, Larson Financial employs over 90 people.

Larson Financial, Inc, services clients in all 50 states. Their staff includes personnel highly trained in tax law and collection division procedures. Attorneys and s on staff represent taxpayers before the IRS and state taxing authorities. Larson Financial clients include businesses and individuals, in all 50 states and the District of Colombia. Taxpayer representation is established by way of a Limited Power of Attorney relationship, becoming the client’s and the government’s main point of contact. They negotiate with the government on the behalf of clients, acting as their advocate in resolving tax debt liabilities of all types and sizes. Common tax resolution strategies include Installment agreements, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Offer in Compromise, Penalty Abatements, Noncollectable Status, and alternative resolution strategies.
