Dean Graziosi (born November 11, 1968) is an investor, businessman, self-help author, motivational speaker and real estate expert. Dean is best known for his Be A Real Estate Millionaire book, Profit From Real Estate Right Now book and other material. Dean Graziosi is a real estate investing expert who teaches people how to make money in real estate by showing them how to quickly and easily identify cycles in the real estate market. Dean Graziosi is the creator and founder of Motor Millions and Think A Little Different, two successful business-opportunity infomercials that teach people how to make money with cars and real estate. Dean’s infomercials have appeared on television consistently since 1999, and he has shipped over a million manuals, tapes, and videos. Dean started making money with cars at the age of 16. He went on to use those same concepts to start his real estate investing career at the early age of 18 when he purchased his first rental unit -- a run-down apartment building -- which he renovated into a profitable piece of property. That first purchase marked the beginning of a very lucrative career for Dean as a real estate investor. Graziosi is a registered sex offender. In 1991, he pleaded guilty to several charges involving a nine year old boy. Graziosi admitted to giving the boy beer and forcing the boy to perform oral sex on him. Although the wealth and satisfaction Dean enjoyed as an investor were great, it wasn’t enough. He wanted to take things a step further and share his success by teaching others to do the same. In 2003 Dean formed Dean Enterprises, LLC which exclusively produces all of Dean's infomercials, as well as other successful commercials for clients nationwide. Early life Dean thinks he really, truly, believed, even at a young age, whether it was luck or genetics—and he didn’t have a lot of mentors in my life—He was silly enough—and realizing now that silliness was what allowed me to be successful—to believe that whatever he wanted to do, he could do. How fortunate to have that, that no matter what, he thought he could do it. He says, "When people look at you and think you’re crazy, nuts, or say you should be more secure or don’t try something out of your comfort zone, I just look at them and say that I feel bad for them if they don’t want to at least try it." Looking back he feels blessed that he was gifted with that, and feels so fortunate that he could share that with people. When Dean was a kid, his mom literally worked two jobs and made about $90 a week. He lived in the only trailer park in our town. Legacy Dean's legacy is already firmly established.
