| TH Heavy Engineering (THHE) is a private company that located in Kuala Lumpur. This company mainly engaged in the oil and gas industry which is the main focus business in offshore facilities fabrication and maintenance and also oil and gas engineering services. THHE also owned an expertise in shipbuilding and ship maintenance industry and owned a 57 acres fabrication yard in Pulau Indah, Selangor. After actively involved in the oil and gas industry since 2002, THHE was listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia in January 2005. To strengthen it's shipbuilding capabilities, in 2021 THHE buys Destini's stake in ship building joint venture. |
