Inline Mechanics

Inline Mechanics Co., Ltd. (INMEC) is a South Korean engineering company that specializes in building machines and providing automation/equipment integration services within the solar photovoltaic industry. INMEC was founded in 2008 as a German-Korean joint venture.
In June 2011, INMEC became a 100% subsidiary of the SolarPark Co., Ltd.
History
April 2008</br>
Company founded as SolarPark Manufacturing Equipment, Ltd. (SPME)
December 2008</br>
First production line (solar module assembly) delivered, to SolarPark Korea. The line featured machines from Somont, 3S Modultec and Berger Lichttechnik, as well as proprietary SPME-designed-and-built machines. At the time of installation, line capacity was 70 MW.
October 2009</br>
SPME establishes solar equipment business, focusing on design, development and building of solar module assembly machines.
August 2010</br>
First solar module assembly machine (cell stringer/tabber) delivered.
June 2011</br>
SPME becomes wholly owned subsidiary of SolarPark Co., Ltd.
September 2011</br>
SPME is merged with equipment integration business unit of SolarPark Co., Ltd., and renamed to Inline Mechanics Co., Ltd.
