Gregor Rosinger

Gregor Rosinger
(born 12. April 1966 in Vienna) is an Austrian financial expert, investor and philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of the Rosinger Group, an Austrian and German based Principal Investments and Corporate Finance company which operates global. He lives in Vienna in the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace, in Gaming and in the Upper Austrian Salzkammergut. Rosinger studied in Graz at the Erzherzog Johann University a combination of Economy, Law and Process Engineering. He graduated in 1991. Only one year later he married the love of his life Yvette Rosinger (born 27. July 1968). Yvette is Asset Manager of a commercial and residential properties portfolio which she owns together with her husband Rosinger . On March 16th 1993 their daughter Alexandra Rosinger was born. Alexandra is also working for the Rosinger Group.
Business career
Rosinger already did his first significant investments during his studies in 1985. After his graduation he concentrated his Investment-Focus in Machinery and Engineering-Companies particularly in Eastern Europe especially in Hungary. Some of his factories were pioneers in the sector for renewable energy plants, which resulted in Rosinger being well known as a Pioneer in that Business Sector. Further investments he made in companies which was operating in power plant technologies, automotive technologies and heavy machinery. In 1999 the Rosinger Group made a spin-off of the Corporate-Finance-Sector which is now a highly specialized service company and profit center within the Rosinger Group. Since 2000 Rosinger expanded his focus also into the automotive, energy, and luxury food industry as well as into the medical industry and into the property sector.
In the year 2005 the leading Austrian Economical Newspaper Wirtschaftblatt was reporting in an Article that from January 2005 until July 2005 Investor Rosinger was involved in Financing Projects for the Germany Industry with a total Transaction Volume of 772,7 Million Euros. In that period he invested as an Private Equity Investor in a producer of row materials (zinc, silver, lead). Parallel Rosinger negotiated to invest into the Bavarian Medical Sector.
The Wirtschaftsblatt also mentioned that the Rosinger Group has a fully paid in Nominal Capital from more than 40 Million Euros and is owned by Gregor and Yvette Rosinger.
In 2013 the Capital Market-Newspaper "Börse Express" reported, that Rosinger was increasing his Share in the established Public Companies SW Umweltechnik AG and Schlumberger AG. Both companies are listed in the regulated Market of the Stock Exchange in Vienna with secondary Co-Listings on German Stock exchanges.

The Rosinger Group is well known because of their excellenct Track-Record. Rosinger is not only known as a finance expert and Investor, he is the Club president of the Selfmade-Millionaires-Clubs too. In the Media there are also sometimes reports about his home in the Schönbrunn Palace, his social engagement and also that Rosinger is an art collector.
