History
TeamWork Online was founded in 1999 by Buffy Filippell. Over the course of 25 years, Filippell has recruited 50,000+ qualified candidates to work in the sports industry. She´s recruited for the 2002 Winter Olympics, 1994 FIFA World Cup, 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup, Gatorade, VISA, and Chevron Corporation. As a former sports agent, Filippell represented former #2 ranked Andrea Jaeger.
In 1999 while Filippell was running TeamWork Consulting, she was approached by the NFL to help recruit the front office staff of an upcoming team. That team would later on become the Houston Texans. The Texans need for additional staff members in various departments led to the idea of an online version of Filippell's consulting business. The online version of TeamWork Consulting is now known as TeamWork Online.
