Team Popovitch was established in 1995 by Jorge Popovitch and Pablo Popovitch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Coaches and instructors include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 7th-degree black belt Jorge Popovitch and 3rd-degree black belt Pablo Popovitch. 2007 Team Awards North American Grappling Association Team Champions The Popovitch Team recently competed and won first place in the N.A.G.A championship in both the NO-GI and GI categories. This is solid PROOF that the training students receive at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is second to none. The N.A.G.A Championships is the most prestigious Grappling tournament in the USA.
