Oluwatayo David Aduloju (born May 24, 1976) is a Nigerian economist, policy strategist, and public sector advisor. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the , a private sector-led think tank focused on economic reform and national development. Early Life and Education Aduloju was born in Apapa, Lagos State, Nigeria, into the family of Major-General Alfred Olaseinde Aduloju and Lady Ojis Aduloju. Due to his father's military service, he attended Command Children Schools in Yaba, Kaduna, and Apapa, before completing his secondary education at Command Secondary School, Ipaja, Lagos. Career In July 2023, the NESG announced Aduloju's appointment as its sixth CEO, effective from January 1, 2024, succeeding Laoye Jaiyeola upon the completion of his two-term tenure. Prior to this role, Aduloju served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Fellow for Economic Policy, Strategy, and Competitiveness at the NESG. In his capacity at the NESG, Aduloju has led the organisation’s network of national public-private dialogue platforms aimed at promoting reforms for a globally competitive, inclusive, and sustainable Nigerian economy. Aduloju is also known for public commentary on economic policy, often advocating evidence-based and pragmatic approaches to reform. He contributed as lead historian and archivist for the television documentary series In the National Interest, which chronicles the NESG’s role in Nigeria’s economic development.
