Tarren Mill

Tarren Mill is a Horde controlled town that fell to the Undead Scourge of Lordaeron.

History
Before the Scourge of Lordaeron
Before Lordaeron and the surrounding areas were decimated by the Scourge, Tarren Mill was one of the main agricultural centers. Mostly housing grains and other field crops, it provided surrounding areas with the food needed to go day to day, though the food produced didn't meet the near staggering production seen from farms and mills to the north. Controlled by the Barov Family Estate, Tarren Mill was most likely their highest profit entitlement. Another note about Tarren Mill is that it was the site of a major battle between the Orcs and the Humans during the second war.

Post Scourge
After the Scourge had completely engulfed the region, Tarren Mill and most of its inhabitants were wiped out. It had been left to rot with the rest of the land but eventually the surrounding area remained untouched. Not too long after the mill had been essentially devoid of life, the Forsaken claimed the area as their own. Now a foothold in human lands for the Forsaken, Tarren Mill serves as a flight point for them and their allies.
