T.J. Cleveland

T.J. Cleveland is a former basketball player at University of Arkansas from 1998 until 2002. He is currently an assistant coach at The University of Arkansas and a former assistant coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Missouri under head coach Mike Anderson. Cleveland is a 1998 graduate of the Minor High School in Birmingham, Alabama where he led his team to a State Championship and was named the tournament MVP.
Biography
Player career
During Cleveland's career, He was a two year team captain that helped lead the to three NCAA tournament appearances and an Southeastern Conference Championship. He is ranked in the top both all-time in both steals and assists.
Coaching career
Following his graduation from Arkansas, Cleveland followed Mike Anderson to UAB and served as his video coordinator. In 2005, T.J. moved up to an assistant coaching position and quickly became Anderson's lead recruiter. He then followed Coach Anderson to Missouri in 2006.
On March 26, 2011, Mike Anderson was introduced as the new head coach at the University of Arkansas. On April 6, 2011, it was announced that Cleveland would be joining Anderson's staff at .
