T. P. Sasikumar () is an educationalist, Indian motivational speaker, author of Life Made Simple, Life of Love. He is currently serving as a Professor (Head of Department of MBA) of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad(Aurora College) in addition to being a guest faculty in many of the universities and other institutions. Sasikumar began delivering motivational lectures while he was working with the Government. He has delivered thousands of motivational lectures/workshops/trainings across India and abroad for the past few years. Early life T. P. Sasikumar was born in Naduvil, Kannur, Kerala on 2 October 1964. He was educated at Naduvil, Taliparamba, Kanjangad, Kannur, Payyanur and Kochi through schooling till Masters. He has done his MPhil in Applied Mathematics and obtained his PhD in Fluid Mechanics. He has taken his LLB from Osmania University, MBA in HR field from IGNOU and MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling while in service. He is a student of Indian traditional knowledge including Thantra, Manthra, Yantra, Rituals, Yaga, Vasthu, Astrology, Health Systems and many of the Healing Techniques. Career He has worked as scientist with the Space Department for over 2 decades before taking voluntary retirement in 2009. He has headed many sections like Data Processing, Photolab, Digital Library, Organizational Development and Training at Advanced Data Processing Research Institute (ADRIN), Secunderabad. He has worked at Ahmedabad with Space Application Centre with Remote Sensing Group and at Bangalore with ISRO Head Quarters on Program Planning and Project Management. He was the Director of UGC Academic Staff College in Calicut University, Kerala. He has served as Deputy Director(Principal Director) at Directorate General of Security, Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi. Motivational Speaking He spoke to more than three lakhs of students, over a lakh of teachers and around same number of public in thousands of sessions since the past few years. He is a proponent of Eastern philosophy and Vedic science with a scientific outlook. He conducts classes and workshops on various topics related to motivation, learning, teaching, career and life management. Active in training pranayama, meditation, spiritual direction, soft-skill / life-skill training and counseling.
