Sylvestre Simon Samb (Casamance, December 31, 1969) is a French-Senegalese writer. He was born in Sothern Senegal and he showed a great interest in literature in his childhood and teenage years. Her mother was a tailor and his father was a gendarmerie functionary. He published his first book in 2002 () He lives currently in Paris.
