Supersnack

Supersnack is a New York City-based philanthropy collective founded in 2005. Members of Supersnack have participated in events with such philanthropy groups as New York Cares, Garden in Transit, Gods Love We Deliver, and most notably, AIDS Walk New York, for which they are a Top 20 Gold Team, having raised over $55,000 so far for AIDS research and education. While Supersnack is based in New York, its members reside all across North America, with members hailing from Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Charlottesville, Richmond, Washington D.C., Newport News, Toronto, and Vancouver. Prominent members of Supersnack include author Shawn Decker, Gwenn Barringer, author Sarah Bunting, and comedian Rob Lathan. Supersnack hosts a benefit performance on the Friday before AIDS Walk. In years past, performers at this event have included: Tom Shillue, Aziz Ansari, Locksley, John Oliver, Marcellus Hall, Marci Geller, and Roger Hailes.
