Sublime Dreamer

Sublime Dreamer is a clothing brand founded in 2008 by Brian Wanjare, Kyle C. Gray, A.P.Essong, and James Woods and based in Delaware. The line consists of t-shirts, polos, crewnecks, hoodies, hats and accessories. Each collection is released in very limited quantities and once a design is sold out, it is not manufactured again.
History
Formation
During his freshman year at the University of Delaware, Wanjare was frustrated with the lack of creativity and individualism in the current fashion trends and decided to start his own clothing line to alleviate this problem. He came up with the name Sublime Dreamer because he wanted the brand to evoke an emotion that everyone can relate to:
Wanjare then brought the idea to Gray and Woods to see how they felt about it, they instantly agreed with the concept and decided to push forward the new brand.
Logo
Another goal of the brand was to be rare, simplistic, and unique. Something that embodies all three of these traits is a panda bear, therefore the logo was based on a panda bear. The one eye on the right pointing up in unison with the nose, represents always looking to move up in the right direction when pursuing one's dream.
Designs
The brand's designs are very simple in nature, but unique in structure which tends to catch the eyes of onlookers. Each design also has a specific meaning behind it in reference to the brand's meaning.
Recent
Sublime Dreamer has sold out of all of its previously released collections and has built a strong following especially among the college demographic in a short period of time. The brand has been invited to and participated in fashion shows at the University of Delaware, Wesley College, Morgan State University, Howard University, Towson University, Delaware State University and other shows outside of colleges. On April 1, 2011 they released their new Spring Collection and held a release event in New York City.
