Studio Center Total Production is an audio and video production company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia (USA) producing over 14,000 projects every year. Studio Center represents more than 500 voice-over professionals and serves clients in every state in in the U.S. as well as 23 foreign countries. Studio Center provides audio production services for radio, television, non-broadcast projects, video games, toys, museum tours, in-flight messaging, on-holds, et cetera and video services for long form and short form productions.
History 1966
Studio Center was established Norfolk, Virginia as a music recording studio under the name D'Arcy Studios.
In the past the music was recorded at night and the decision was made to use the facilities to produce broadcast advertising during the day. D’Arcy Studios became one of the first production companies to specialize in broadcast advertising. Initially the company had a strong presence in the south eastern United States and now has grown to include over 20 studios nationwide.
2005
Studio Center acquires Tele-Talent International.

Studio Center moves its headquarters from Norfolk, VA to Virginia Beach, VA.

2004 - You've got Mail! "In 2004 along with the launch of AOL 9.0 Optimized, AOL also made available the option of personalized greetings which would enable the user to hear his or her name while accessing basic functions and mail alerts, or while logging in or out."
Studio Center produced user-specific audio greetings for AOL's e-mail system.
Awards Studio Center has won over 800 awards including Andys, Clios, Addys, Tellys, Silver Microphones, Gold Quills, Silver Screens, Axiems, EMAs, Mobiuses, et cetera—plus five Best-of-Shows and the AAF's prestigious Silver Medal.
